My wife and I have used Hugo Foster for several years and I would not go back to the high street opticians. From Hugo we have received a personal, professional and friendly service. He has given me excellent advice when asked and once repaired a frame when it snapped much too early. He spoke to the manufacturer and agreed a free replacement. His communications are prompt, clear and informative. I know that now there are other online optician services but I would not change from Hugo’s customer service. We cannot recommend Hugo highly enough and we have recommended Hugo to others who have been equally delighted with his service. My advice would be to try him out- you will save a substantial sum of money and I am sure you will be very happy you did.
